 Appointment availability shows in 2-week increments. New appointments become available every day after midnight.

We offer students the ability to receive appointment reminder messages via text. To receive text messages you will have to opt in by entering your mobile phone into the email option after registering or logging into your WCONLINE account.

Returning, continuing, and new transfer students with declared majors receive academic advising from a COUNSELOR in their selected program of study/department - not from an Advisor/Coach. To schedule an appointment with a Counselor please visit


Transfer and returning Health Program students seeking academic advice go to


Advisors/Success Coaches provide two main types of services:


1)Academic advising for the following category of students ONLY:


• New, first-time college students without transfer credits. NOTE: New 2014 and 2015 Clark County School District graduates MUST participate in the New Student Orientation

and take the Math and English Placement Test,

before meeting with an Advisor. Recent CCSD graduates who do not comply with these requirements will have to reschedule their appointment.
• Undecided students without a declared major/program of study
• Associate of General Studies (AGS) majors (both new and returning)


2) Success Strategies Assistance for all students regardless of major or number of earned credits. Success strategies include self-referrals to learn advanced study skills and conduct career exploration, as well as students referred through the Faculty E-Alert System.


Appointments with an Advisor/Success Coach can be scheduled up to THREE WEEKS in advance. Every day new appointment opportunities become available.


If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, it will have to be rescheduled.
